Pip Pack Member - Stephanie

Please share a story that comes to mind that portrays your personal experience and journey with diabetes (age of diagnosis, playing on a sports team, managing lows while traveling, etc.)
My dad had Type 2 when he turned 68. Guess what I was 68 when I turned Type 2. Like father like daughter. It has been a trip. Lows sometimes happen in the early morning hours. I have even had a low in my doctors office. Kind of scared the nurse.

How has Pip contributed to your diabetes journey and what makes you excited about joining the Pip Pack?

Pips makes it so easy to test. And that is what makes me excited to be part of the Pip Pack.

What have you learned from your experiences with diabetes?

One thing I have learned is to be aware of myself, what I am doing, eating and feeling.
